We had a relaxing and comfortable stay at a hotel in a great location. The spacious room on the roof floor provided a beautiful view. The breakfast choice was excellent, and the bed was very soft and comfortable. Despite minor issues like a noisy rainstorm and seagulls on the roof, overall I'll recommend this hotel.

friendly staff, good location, massage and sauna, bike rent, elevator
1) clean towels were presented only at the end of the first day of presence, 2) flowers on the balcony blown by the strong Baltic winds distribute a bit too much dirt around (do not mind if keep balcony doors shut)

We had a fantastic breakfast at Alanga, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The room was clean and cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful promenade. Plus, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.

My girlfriend insisted on the breakfast included and we chose the hotel for a weekend. The breakfast was good and in a very cosy place. We were given 2 rooms instead of payed one which was a nice surprise for us. The staff is good and ready to help. Excellent location. Value for money. We recomend.
The cost of the bikes almost twice higher than in the street.

Great location, close to main street and coast. Free parking in the center of Palanga. Free use of swimming pool and saunas. Helpful and friendly staff. breakfast. Free wifi in the room. Walking distance to attractions.
Nothing could have been better.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and the main pedestrian street. It's just few steps from many shops, restaurants, and cafes. the street noise is not an issue and it’s quiet enough to relax. Breakfast is varied and always replenished. the staff is friendly and helpful.
The room quality was quite disappointing. the bathroom wasn't as clean as it should be, and the shower area had some mould.

There are no air conditioning at all!!!!! No one room, even lux don't have it!!!

The location was very convenient for Palanga
The beds were not beds....they appeared to be a short chaise lounge. The sheets were not fitted and would slide off exposing the "couch" part. The front desk staff were extremely unpleasant and appeared to be in pain when attempting a smile.
